Happy Thursday! Today marked our final company-paid team lunch for 2025, and we decided to celebrate the end of the year with a local Vancouver favorite: Ignite Pizzeria.
I ordered the Yaletown Sunshine, and it reminded me exactly why I love their style. They do a thin, chewy crust perfectly! This particular pizza was a vibrant mix of flavors: tangy tomato sauce, creamy vegan mozzarella, earthy spinach, briny artichokes, and smoky fire-roasted tomatoes.

It was the perfect, light-yet-satisfying way to end the year on a high note with the team.
