Update (April 2026): It breaks my heart to share that after 26 wonderful years in Richmond, Seto Japanese Restaurant has officially closed its doors. I’m keeping this 2015 post live as a "digital time capsule" of a very special meal I had with my parents. It’s a reminder of how much has changed since I first started this food journey! Last Christmas, I gave my siblings gifts that they wanted to have.
