Ever wonder what would happen if a cookie and a brownie had a baby in the oven? Well, Tim Hortons has the answer: the Chocolate Chunk Brookie! It's just what you'd picture – a brownie chunk baked right into the middle of a cookie, giving it a little hill.

Happy Saturday! For dinner today, we celebrated my sister's birthday at Pound Steak in Richmond, BC. I ordered their Japanese curry with chicken katsu, while my husband chose The Galaxy Combo, which included a variety of delicious items.

Tim Hortons has introduced a new flatbread pizza featuring three different meats, called the 3 Meat Hat-Trick Flatbread Pizza. At the same time, they released garlic bread.

The Tims flatbread pizza has a sweet pizza sauce reminiscent of the kind you get with school cafeteria pizza. However, I do love the sausage topping, while the bacon and pepperoni are good too. It’s the same sausage flavor that’s included in their breakfast sandwiches.

The garlic bread is made with their telera bread, topped with melted cheese and garlic seasoning. I think it would pair well with their chili, but unfortunately, they were sold out.

It's Ash Wednesday. After the 7:00 pm Mass, my husband and I stopped by Sushivan for dinner. We both ordered our favorite Salmon Teriyaki & Sashimi Box, and to share, we got the Philadelphia Roll.

The standout ingredient in the Philadelphia Roll is the cream cheese. It pairs extremely well with the smoked salmon and cucumber. It's the perfect bite with the sushi rice.
