Joe & The Juice, Vancouver International Airport (YVR)
Location: Vancouver International Airport (YVR), Terminal E (U.S. departures, after security)
Featured Items: Tunacado Sandwich ($13.95), Joe's Club Sandwich ($13.95), Green Sport Juice (16 oz, $12.50)
Verdict: Go for the Tunacado. The fresh, well-seasoned tuna salad beats the chicken, and the cucumber-forward Green Sport juice is a refreshing pairing.
I love to travel. I work hard to glorify our Lord Jesus Christ and to save money so we can see the world. My current job is a miracle, seriously. Hubby lost his job three years ago and hasn't found anything full-time since, and yet we're still able to travel.
Right now we're at Vancouver International Airport (YVR), about to catch a flight to Los Angeles and then on to Melbourne, Australia. Yes, the company asked me to visit again after my first trip two years ago. It's a miracle.
Before the flight, we grabbed a quick light bite at Joe & The Juice in Terminal E, past security on the U.S. departures side. We got two sandwiches, both filled with creamy avocado, juicy tomato, and a fragrant pesto dressing on super toasted, crunchy bread. Mine was the Joe's Club with tender chicken chunks, while hubby went for the Tunacado with tuna. Both were $13.95.
Honestly, the tuna is better. It's a fresh, perfectly seasoned tuna salad with just the right amount of creamy mayo, and it's so good. The chicken is, well, just chicken. Thankfully, my Joe's Club had a more generous layer of buttery avocado, which I love.

| Joe's Club: chicken, tomato, avocado and pesto on crunchy toasted bread. |

| Tunacado: creamy, perfectly seasoned tuna salad that wins this round. |
We also shared a Green Sport juice (16 oz, $12.50), a blend of cool cucumber, sweet pineapple, and crisp apple. It's sweet, cucumber-forward, and delicious, a refreshing way to start a very long travel day.
