Happy Wednesday! It's my mom's birthday, and I was lucky enough to have lunch with her since she's also in Downtown Vancouver. We decided to try out White Spot.

My hubby went for the BC Chicken Burger. I, on the other hand, opted for the Brie & Mushroom Veggie Burger and swapped the buns for a lettuce wrap, which was surprisingly delicious. I loved the fresh, crunchy lettuce.
