Walking into the Richmond Costco on Bridgeport feels a little different lately. For years, this was my go-to spot for those exclusive food court chicken wings—a crispy, salty ritual that set this location apart. Though they've since been removed from the menu, the heart of this food court remains. From the squeaky cheese curds in the poutine to the new favorites, it’s still a personal documentation of comfort. To God be the glory for the treats we enjoyed and the ones still to come.

The March 2026 Refresh: Sushi & Sweets
The biggest surprise of my March 21 visit wasn't just the prices: it was the arrival of the California Crab Roll ($9.99). It is a bold move for a food court, but seeing the addition of sushi to the Bridgeport menu feels like a premium upgrade for a quick dinner. To balance out the savoury, the Caramel Brownie Sundae ($4.49) has also made its debut, offering a decadent layer of brownie chunks and rich caramel that makes for a perfect mid-week treat.
