Brazilliant Café & Catering: Pão de Queijo & Brigadeiro

🇧🇷 A Sweet Fusion: Celebrating at the Office

There is something so special about the way food brings people together. Our company hosted an event to connect all three offices, celebrating both the Lunar New Year and Brazilian Carnaval. It was a beautiful afternoon of sharing traditions with Brazilliant treats here in Vancouver.I felt so grateful to pause and appreciate these smooch-worthy sweet treats with my colleagues.

Lunar New Year and Brazilian Carnaval Company Celebration: Bringing a touch of tradition to the office with my favorite Chinese tea set, perfectly paired with a vibrant spread of Brazilian sweets

Pão de Queijo with Dulce de Leche from Brazilliant Café & Catering: A close-up of this smooch-worthy cheesy bread, filled with a rich, velvety dulce de leche that made for a truly festive office treat

Brazilliant Delights in Vancouver

To make the celebration feel authentic, I brought in my Chinese tea pots and dainty tea cups. The pairing of traditional tea with rich Brazilian sweets was a match made in heaven.

  • Pão de Queijo with Dulce de Leche ($6.00): This cheesy bread was the perfect base for the velvety caramel sauce.
  • Chocolate Brigadeiro ($2.10): A dense and sugary truffle that melted in my mouth.
  • Golden Chrysanthemum Tea: A floral and light brew that helped balance the sugar.
  • Organic Black Jasmine Tea: This earthy tea provided a smooth finish to the meal.

A Smooch-Worthy Connection

Even though the treats were heavy, they were absolutely delicious and made the event feel so festive. It was a lovely way to honor the season and our team. Documenting these unique flavors in our busy office is a memory I will cherish. To God be the glory for such a vibrant day!
