After a busy couple of days at work, my mind hit me with the most incredibly specific craving: a classic White Spot clubhouse sandwich. Don't you just love those random food moods? It was so hyper-focused it completely amused me, but I knew exactly where we had to go to satisfy it.
We settled into our booth, and while I ordered my comfort sandwich, Hubby decided to adventure out and try their brand new Tex Mex Chicken Burger ($23.00). It comes fully loaded with a juicy Cajun BC chicken breast, melted jalapeño jack cheese, roasted corn, a sweet date slaw, crunchy tortilla strips, fresh pico de gallo, and a smoky chipotle mayo.

My soul-soothing clubhouse arrived looking perfect, stacked high with multi-grain bread, tender turkey breast, crisp bacon, lettuce, and tomato. Paired with their signature coleslaw and golden fries, it completely hit the spot and washed away all the weekday work stress.

To round out the meal, Hubby treated himself to a seasonal Mango Pineapple Shake ($9.00). Creamy, tropical, and topped with a generous mountain of whipped cream, it tasted like sunshine in a glass.
