In the Philippines, September 1 is the start of the Christmas season which means we'll start hearing Christmas songs and searching for Filipino delicacies we enjoy during the holiday season.
In this post, I'll list places in Vancouver where you can get bibingka (glutinous rice cake, usually with salted egg).
Goldilocks Bakeshop Canada
The updated menu posted by

in Canada on their Instagram account shows that Bibingka is sold for $7.00 (plus taxes and
tip) each.
TIP: I would recommend calling them in advance to ensure it's available
in the store.
They also have other favourites like Crema de Fruta (Filipino Fruit Cake),
Leche Flan (a caramel custard), and Cathedral Windows (gelatin dessert).
SM Delights
One of my favourite sources of Bibingka is
SM Delights. You can order in advance through their
Facebook page.

They also have Cassava Cake, Spanish Bread, Pan de Coco, and many other
Filipino goodies. They're one of my favourite Filipino online businesses in
Vancouver.

If you want more innovative bibingka (like
coffee milo crumble, among others), then Bellie Bake is where you should go. Send them a message
