Happy Sunday! We started our day by attending the 9:00 am Mass and then strolled to Greek Day on Broadway. We got there super early, and most of the booths were still setting up for the day.
A little after 11:00, we finally placed our first food order. Like in previous years (2022, 2023, and 2024), we mainly ordered from associations serving Greek dishes.
Lamb Chop Combo from Cretan Association of BC
Tender, slightly charred lamb chops and warm pita bread dipped in creamy, tangy tzatziki sauce provide the perfect start to our food adventure.

Baklava Sundae from Messinian Brotherhood of BC
I wonder if McDonald's in Greece or around the Mediterranean have a Baklava McFlurry because this is the first I'm hearing of chopped baklava piled on top of sundae.
