After wrapping up our incredibly satisfying pasta and panini lunch, we decided Hubby’s marathon morning deserved one final, sweet celebratory stop. We strolled over to Earnest Ice Cream for some well-earned treats. It turned out to be such a beautifully warm day today, making a cold scoop of ice cream feel like absolute heaven.
I decided to try their seasonal Coffee Crisp flavour on a waffle cone ($6.00). It had a wonderfully robust coffee base, and I absolutely loved the little bits of Coffee Crisp chocolate bar that popped up in every few bites, adding the perfect amount of crunch.

Instead of eating at the shop, we brought our treats straight back home and enjoyed them out on our balcony. It felt like a true milestone moment—achievement unlocked in our new place! There is just something so special about sitting out in your own space, soaking up the sun, and winding down after a busy, exciting morning.
