Happy Saturday! My sister's boyfriend is celebrating his birthday tomorrow,
and she prepared all his favourite food items. They invited us for dinner.

My husband and I walked to Likha Local Collective on Main Street to buy
Filipino books as gifts for my sister's boyfriend so he could learn more about
our culture and commonly use Filipino words.

We arrived at their apartment at around 4:30 PM, and my sister was still busy
in the kitchen, and I did my best to help her set the table.
She cooked Barbecue Baby Back Ribs, corn on a cob, potato salad, and pineapple
coleslaw. It was a feast, and everything was delicious. We're food coma. We
also enjoyed a Peanut Butter Chocolate Mousse slice from Sweet Obsession to
end the meal.

After eating, we played Jackbox video games and had a good laugh. Then, we walked
home shortly before 10:00 PM while our only brother and youngest sister rode
an Uber back to Richmond. It's good to spend time with the family.
