Pala Siau Chocolat from Thierry Chocolates | 2024 Greater Vancouver Hot Chocolate Festival

Happy Friday! It's rare for my husband to plan date nights for us, so I am excited that we went inside the Vancouver Art Gallery this evening. Then, we walked to nearby Thierry Chocolates for their Pala Siau Chocolat, which is part of the 14th Annual Greater Vancouver Hot Chocolate Festival.

A 40% milk chocolate - chocolaterie de l'Opéra. Topped with Pala Siau Nutmeg whipped cream. Served with coffee marshmallow and 'langue de chat'

The hot chocolate is velvety and creamy, thanks to the 40% milk chocolate sourced from the esteemed Chocolaterie de l'Opéra. To add an extra layer of sophistication, it is adorned with a luxurious Pala Siau Nutmet whipped cream. However, my favourite part is the coffee marshmallow on top. It slowly melted into our chocolate.

To complement the beverage, it is served with a 'langue de chat' cookie,   providing a delicate and crisp contrast to the smoothness of the hot chocolate.
