We've made it past airport security and are currently waiting for our WestJet flight to Calgary, which is already delayed. For lunch, we chose to try a couple of sandwiches from Dirty Apron Nourish: the Roast Chicken and the Roast Beef.
Starting with the bread, it's a delicious baguette with a perfectly crispy crust and a soft, chewy inside. I definitely preferred the roast beef because the chimichurri sauce provided a bright, refreshing flavor that cut through the richness.

In comparison, the roast chicken felt heavier. The combination of Parmesan cheese and chipotle aioli was simply too rich for me.

Overall, these were great sandwiches—a welcome break from the usual options like Tim Hortons or Starbucks.
