After watching the Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives episode featuring Peaceful Restaurant, we knew we had to try Guy Fieri's recommendations for ourselves! We were just here last week for my birthday dinner, but we enjoyed the food so much that we had to come back to try the specific dishes featured on the show. It is one thing to see those hand-pulled noodles on TV, but it is another thing entirely to smell them hitting the table.
The star of the show is undeniably the Peaceful Beef Roll. It is a crispy, flaky flatbread wrapped around tender five-spice beef, hoisin sauce, and fresh cilantro. It is easy to see why this is their most famous dish because it is the perfect blend of textures and savoury flavours.

We also ordered the Mu Shu Stir-Fried Noodles. These hand-pulled noodles have that amazing "chew" that you can only get when they are made fresh. Mixed with wood ear mushrooms, cabbage, and egg, it is a hearty, comforting dish that really showcases their noodle-making craft.
