The East Coast Food Long for lunch at Niagara Clifton Family Restaurant

After time in Niagara-on-the-Lake, we spent an hour at Table Rock Centre to take pictures of Niagara Falls. Then, we took the 20-minute Hornblower Boat Cruise to get close to the Niagara Gorge, Canadian Horseshoe Falls, American Falls, and Bridal Veil Fall.

After the Hornblower Boat Cruise, we walked to Clifton Hills to look for a place to have lunch and spotted the Niagara Clifton Family Restaurant.

The menu felt like a diner's. Unfortunately, the service was slow, so I'm kinda worried if we'll have enough time to get back to the bus.

The food was acceptable. I researched places to eat but didn't look at those restaurants seriously and couldn't remember them.

Anyway, we ordered two items on the menu's cover. Hubby chose the Clifton Melt while I went for The East Coast Foot Long.

The East Coast Foot Long

The East Coast Foot Long
Foot-long topped with pulled pork and creamy coleslaw.

The pulled pork was delicious, but the foot-long was overcooked, and the bread was stale.

Clifton Melt

Clifton Melt
Scrambled eggs, a sausage patty and cheese on a plain toasted bagel served with home fries.

The Clifton Melt was delicious. It's better than the hotdog I picked and reasonably priced.
