If you've been reading the blog for a while, you probably know that I have a soft spot for Tim Hortons! A huge part of that love comes down to the fact that some of my most popular posts are about their Dream Donuts and newest menu drops. I always try my best to sample new menu releases the second they arrive so I can share my honest thoughts, but I have to admit I've been slacking a little bit lately!
To make up for lost time, Hubby and I decided to skip a fancy meal tonight and drop by our local Tims for dinner. Our main objective? Testing their currently featured Crispy Chicken Sandwich ($7.49).
It’s a very straightforward, classic sandwich: a breaded crispy chicken breast patty, fresh lettuce, tomato slices, and a dollop of creamy mayo nestled inside a traditional white bun. There are no wild surprises here, but it hits the spot if you're looking for an easy, no-fuss chicken burger on a casual night out.

While we were putting in our order, I spotted another addition on the board: the Chipotle Veggie Wrap ($5.29). This appears to be the designated lunch and dinner version of their new breakfast item, the Chipotle Veggie Croissant. It uses essentially the exact same components: crispy hashbrowns, lettuce, sliced fresh tomato, and a drizzle of smoky chipotle sauce wrapped inside a grilled 10-inch tortilla.

Thankfully, we finished our dinner run on a high note with a relatively new bakery addition: the Peanut Butter Cookie ($1.79). I'm a massive fan of peanut butter treats in general, and this one hit the sweet spot. It had a wonderful crumb structure and a deeply rich, authentic peanut butter flavor throughout.
