BC Place Food & Drinks 2026: Full Concessions Menu & Prices

Vancouver Croissant Crawl 2026: Every Croissant I Tried, Prices & Reviews

I had a decision to make on whether to go out of my way for the limited edition pastries at the Vancouver Croissant Crawl (September 25 to October 4, 2026). We didn't, but we love walking around Vancouver, so it was a good excuse to try a few. This post is my running list of every crawl croissant I try this year, so I'll keep adding stops as I go. First up: three stops, one very long walk, and a whole lot of flaky layers.

📍 Croissant Crawl At-A-Glance: My 2026 Running List

  • Event: Metro Vancouver Croissant Crawl 2026 (September 25 to October 4)
  • Location: Elaichi Patisserie (Vancouver), C Market Coffee (Vancouver), Mon Paris Patisserie (Olympic Village, Vancouver)
  • Cuisine: Bakery, patisserie, limited edition pastries
  • Featured Items: Chai and Cookie Croissant, Maple Cranberry Pecan Danish, Caramel Roasted Pecan Croissant Roll
  • Price: Maple Cranberry Pecan Danish $7.25 (including tax and 15% tip), Caramel Roasted Pecan Croissant Roll $7.50
  • Good to Know: Order ahead if you can. Mon Paris sold out of the crawl croissant while I was there.

Stop 1: Elaichi Patisserie (Chai and Cookie Croissant)

First up was Elaichi Patisserie and their Chai and Cookie Croissant. The crawl describes it as a quintessential Indian pairing: a buttery croissant filled with rich, strong chai pastry cream, plus housemade, crumbly Parle-G biscuit butter and a crunchy cookie crumble.

That airy, honeycomb crumb is what a perfect croissant looks like.

Stop 2: C Market Coffee (Maple Cranberry Pecan Danish)

On the way to Oakridge (yes, we walked 4.1 km from Elaichi to Oakridge), we stopped by C Market Coffee because they're part of the crawl too. I grabbed the flaky, golden Maple Cranberry Pecan Danish for $7.25, and that includes tax and a 15% tip.

Since this is a croissant crawl, I always judge the base pastry first. Is it flaky, airy, buttery and not stale? This danish ticks all the boxes. The crawl promises sweet maple, tart cranberries and toasted pecans for a perfectly balanced bite, and it does deliver on the balance.

I do think they played it a little safe with the flavour. Sweet maple and crunchy pecans is a combo you can't really mess up, and the sweetness is just right. But I know C Market is more capable than this. I want to see Korean flavours like gochujang on a croissant, or something totally ridiculous. Are my expectations too high? Yes.

Stop 3: Mon Paris Patisserie, Olympic Village (Caramel Roasted Pecan Croissant Roll)

On our walk home, we popped by Mon Paris Patisserie at their Olympic Village location for the Caramel Roasted Pecan Croissant Roll ($7.50). The crawl describes it as a croissant roll filled with light mascarpone caramel cream, dipped in sweet caramel chocolate and finished with crunchy caramelized pecans. I love pecans, so that will always be awesome.

The light, creamy caramel filling is not overly sweet, and honestly it doesn't taste like caramel. But it's so beautiful, and the cross section shows a perfect croissant, so I can't complain.

Tip: it's a good idea to order in advance. When I got there, the customer in front of me got the last one! Thankfully they were baking another batch of seven croissants, but I had to wait a couple of hours. We didn't mind since we live nearby, but it's good to know.

That's it for now, but I'll keep adding to this post as I try more crawl croissants, so check back before October 4!
