Happy Monday! It's my first proper long weekend in a while after covering for the team through the last two. Today also happened to be the last day the FIFA Museum was at Science World, so hubby and I finally decided to visit and learn more about the sports we love. After wandering through all the fun interactive exhibits, we were ready to refuel. We headed to Triple O's for a late lunch and spotted something on the menu we hadn't tried before, the Smokehouse Supreme Burger.

Verdict: A delicious new addition to the menu. The crispy onions are the real star of the show.
The tangy sauce hit first and felt like a lot in that initial bite, but then I realized what made this burger work: those generous, crispy onions on top. They added texture and a subtle sweetness that balanced out the intensity of the chipotle mayo and rich BBQ sauce. By the second bite, I was completely sold. It's the kind of burger that proves toppings matter just as much as the patty itself.

We also grabbed my beloved buttery Parmesan Fries on the side, because some things are just non-negotiable. We were hoping to try their oh so tempting S'mores Milkshake, but unfortunately they were out, so we had to "settle" for a creamy Cookies & Cream instead. It was good, don't get me wrong, but it didn't have quite the same richness and thickness we experienced at Fable Diner. Still, it paired well with the burger and fries for the perfect little meal.
