Happy Saturday! Hubby and I are excited to be heading to Richmond, BC, today. We're visiting family and celebrating my brother's birthday—it's going to be a fun-filled Saturday! Imagine this: caramelized and crispy onions and a generous helping of melty cheese nestled on a warm, toasted bun. The sweetness of the caramelized onions is perfectly balanced by the savoury richness of the cheese. Moreover, crispy onions add a much-needed texture. Although, I am still uncertain what makes this "French."

Imagine a warm, gooey pastry oozing with cinnamon flavour, generously drizzled with a sweet cream cheese frosting. The pull-apart format makes it perfect for sharing. It's a delicious bite-sized indulgence that perfectly satisfies your sweet tooth cravings. I am not a fan of cinnamon (in general), so I am trying this, but I gave most to my hubby.
